Credit Application Agreement
By submitting this credit application, the undersigned applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Authorization and Accuracy
The applicant certifies that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. The applicant authorizes Packwire to verify this information and to obtain credit reports and other financial information from credit reporting agencies, banks, and trade references.
2. Credit Terms
Credit terms are subject to approval by Packwire's credit department. Approved credit limits and payment terms may differ from those requested. All sales are subject to Packwire's standard terms and conditions of sale.
3. Default and Collection
In the event of default, the applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) may be applied to past due amounts.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Packwire is committed to protecting your personal and business information. All data submitted through this form is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols
- Stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
- Used solely for credit evaluation and account management purposes
- Not shared with third parties except for credit verification purposes
- Retained in accordance with applicable business record retention requirements
5. Electronic Signature Validity
The applicant acknowledges that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state laws.
6. Continuing Application
This application shall be deemed a continuing application and may be used for future credit decisions until revoked in writing by the applicant.
